Jordan steals the show for Rodillian

The inaugural Northern Rail Schools Cup Final was played as a curtain-raiser to Northern Rail Cup Final at Blackpool’s Bloomfield Road.
In a competitive encounter Rodillian School U14s from Lofthouse, representing Hunslet Hawks, emerged victorious by 30-16 against The Heath School U14s from Runcorn who represented Widnes Vikings.
Rodillian centre Jordan Sharpe stole the show scoring four of their six tries with captain Jordan Gale grabbing a brace. The Heath’s tries came from full back Sean Robinson, stand off Tom Dempsey and loose forward Mitch Larkin.
