Northern Search for Junior Conductors’ of Fun.

Win a bumper package of family rail and attraction tickets!

We're on the search for three Junior Conductors of Fun in Liverpool, Hull and Halifax who will get to inspect a host of family attractions during the summer holidays!

Northern's newest employee will be treated to a fun-filled summer holiday package to help keep the whole family entertained, including a one-month unlimited Northern family pass and family tickets to Bugs World in Liverpool, EUREKA! in Halifax and The Deep Aquarium in Hull. 

The lucky winner will report back to Northern on the most fun part of their summer holiday experience and take part in a photoshoot as a Junior Conductor with Northern. They will be able to show their mettle by handling creepy crawlies at The BugsWorld Experience, have an ‘out of this world' experience at EUREKA!'s cool attractions and get shark-spotting in the underwater lift at The Deep.

To enter, mini conductors need be aged between 2 - 12 years old to email Northern by 13 August at conductoroffun@northernrail.org and say what their favourite thing is to do to have fun. Mum and dad can help with the email if needed.

Junior Conductor of Fun Prize Terms and Conditions

To enter children must be aged between 2 -12 years old. Entries should be made by emailing conductoroffun@northernrail.org before the 10 August 2010. Entrants should describe their favourite thing to do to have fun in no more than 200 words. Due to the age of entrants, Northern understands that parents or guardians may need to help with entries.

The three winning Junior Conductors of Fun will receive the following:

  • A one-month (valid from day of issue) unlimited Northern Rail Family Travel Pass for two adults and up to two children, valid on Northern Rail services only. There is no monetary equivalent to this prize.
  • A family ticket to The Deep in Hull for two adults and three concessions which is worth £36.00.
  • A family ticket to The BugWorld Experience for two adults and two children which is worth £30.
  • A family ticket to EUREKA! in Halifax for two adults and up to three children which is worth £38.50
