Details of Northern services for the Cumbrian coast line on Saturday 28 November and Sunday 29 November

NORTHERN Rail has published details of its train services on the Cumbrian coast for Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November.
The normal timetable will operate on Saturday 28 November, and all train services will have at least two carriages. The normal Saturday timetable has a similar number of train services as during the week, with some slight changes to timings.
On Sunday 29 November the railway line between Whitehaven and Carlisle will be open as usual at lunchtime, and Northern will operate the normal Sunday timetable AND ten extra services.
The extra services are as follows:
From Maryport to Workington at 1309; 1437; 1607; 1837; 2027
From Workington to Maryport at 1245; 1415; 1535; 1746; 1946
All services will call at Flimby station.
Northern's normal Sunday services on this part of the Cumbria coast are:
Whitehaven to Carlisle, leaving Whitehaven at 1257; 1628; 2028
Carlisle to Whitehaven, leaving Carlisle at 1500, 1900 and 2150
Northern is working on plans to operate extra services from Monday 30 November. The timings of these services will be announced as soon as possible so that customers can plan their journeys.
